Rhetorical and horrible put together.

Rhetorical questions aren't usually well-thought out or are people thinking aloud, thus to some degree not good or even horrible.

Also, some rhetorical questions are used in a sarcastic (or even sometimes mean) manner. A person being snarky could be asking a question without requiring a response. Thus, a rhetorical, horrible question.
My daughter was just asking me something silly, and then said, "Wait! Don't answer that. That was a rhetorrible question!"
