Abbreviation of "Male to Male," a FTM-vectored or intersex person who considers himself transitioning from male to male, as he has always been male, though not in the way it is traditionally (incorrectly) defined.

I'm MTM, saying i'm FTM gives people the impression that I've been a woman at some point in the past, and I have not.
