Someone who is unwilling to take a dump in a public restroom, and would rather wait till they are home no matter how bad they have to go. Most likely due to unsanitary conditions.

Person 1: Man, I have to take a wicked shit!
Person 2: Well the restroom is over there!
Person 1: Nope, I am a homepooper. I only take a dump at home.
