Spicy Butthole Syndrome. When your poop is so acidic it burns your butt. There are three degrees comparable to burns. 1st degree is the mildest and 3rd Degree is absolutely unbearable.

That last night's Mexican food left me with 3rd Degree SBS, I was on the toilet for hours!
