A massive poo that occurs on Saturday morning after you eat a lot of pizza on Friday night.

I ordered a large cheese pizza from pizza hut and ate the whole thing. The next morning I woke up and went straight to the toilet to unload all the pizza. My butthole stings from all the poo that came out. Must have been a pizza poo.
