Put it simply, its a sarcastic way of saying that I'm lonely af. Koma cheese was mentioned in the anime called Oregairu 2 (My Teen Romantic Comedy: SNAFU - Season 2) by Iroha Isshiki as "eating away your loneliness" in a slightly funny way.

Paul: What were you doing on Valentine's Day?
Pebble: I was eating koma cheese. LOL
