Spuke 

When you sneeze and puke (whether it be in your throat or spit out) all over the place
Tends to happen when you laugh too hard.
Also can be called speezing

Person 1: Dude I just totally spuked!
Person 2: What the heck is that?

Person 1: Bleh, I just speezed
Person 2: Speezed? Isn't that when you sneeze and puke and stuff?
