A word that describes Hong Kong rioters and violence protesters supporting separatism and anarchism. The reason why non-Higger Hong Kong residents get offended is because they hate to be associated with their citizen's "bad apples." Of course, higgers are minority or maybe majority.

"Shut up, higger, you are brainwashed by CNN, you know nothing!"
