PRB

PRB is short for Pappy Road Block. This is a management employee who hinders progress within an organization. This individual would also abuse all privileges blatantly in front of direct report employees without remorse and eat skittles like a farm animal.

Tom- "Why do you look so down Bill?"

Bill- "PRB did not show up to work until noon today and I got nothing accomplished!"
