Deranged kilted Vegan- Usually used to describe old men a little bit gone in the head. Often they will have strange dietry habbits and an un-usual dress sence. Often they will be a little gone in the head, and may think they have a very good sence of humour, when actually there brain has shriveled and they are not really funny at all.
