Spanish for women who go on welfare to pay for almost everything. They are usually fat, have 6 kids, and refuse to do more work than laying on their back to get money for rent. They are also ugly as shit and look like short native americans. They fuck the government over and cause taxes to rise.

That welfera bitch across the street needs to stop poppin' out kids. I'm surprised anyone would even hit that ugly disgusting indian-looking sack of shit.
