Younger woman, typically Asian, who is an inexperienced manager or is a newly promoted manager. Was likable as a peer but transformed into a primadonna that loves to micromanage and being a control freak. Generally enjoys making everyone's life under her miserable due to her new found managerial authority.

Zula just got promoted to manage the marketing team and she is such as fucking Lisa. We like her more when she was a peer and team member.
