Someone so physically repulsive (aka fugly) they should remain celibate throughout their lifetimes so as not to subject the rest of humanity to their potential offspring.

You: "Holy crap! Did you see that guy? What was happening with his face?"

Friend: "Right? God, I hope he's fuglibate. I'd hate to see what his gene pool would produce!"
