Abbreviation for Health Care Reform, especially on social media (#hcr). Once the ACA was proposed, opponents started calling it Obamacare more often than not. And when the ACA got closer to passing, supporters embraced the Obamacare label too. Now we all have Obamacare, for better or worse.
