A sinute (sin-ute) is a person who works for the government, but is not officially employed by the government. A sinute has authority and power over every government agency, and their sole job is to find people who think bad about the government.

Sinutes are specially trained to consider a persons state of mind in this aspect. Sinutes are feared by most people who have encountered them.
