Cake Taster

Anyone who performs fellatio on a man's organ. Basically, a substitution of "cake" for "cock". It's OK to use the term about anyone, whether they've actually done the deed or not! Especially effective when implying that a straight guy is lame, or 'queer'.

"That cake taster just cut me off in traffic!" or " What a fucking cake taster! He's afriaid to ask for her number!"
