Rapercise 

1.) To rape someone so vigorously that it exercises your muscles and you work up a sweat of some sort.

2.) To excercise in some fashion(running, lifting weights, etc.) whilst raping someone.

Man, I was liftin' barbells while I rapercised that chick last night!
