Ikwa

a type of marijuana cigarette that is typically half weed and half mint (usually spear or peppermint)

comes from the game rimworld, where a tribal short spear is misnamed the ikwa. It is based off the iklwa, a 2 foot spear with a 1 foot long bladed point.

I'm going to go outside and smoke an ikwa, you wanna join?
