A sexual maneuver conducted by two men in which one stands with hands raised and receives fellatio from the other, who is bent at the hips with his arms wrapped around the standing man's waist. The homosexual nature of the act coupled with a profile view of the physical orientation of the men is therefore referred to as a/the "Flaming Giraffe."
