booze patrol

An annoying person who likes to keep track of how many drinks a person consumes in a night for the sheer pleasure of talking shit the next day, to cover up their own alcoholism and or slutty behavior.

Patsy-"Wow, Jackie I saw you drank 14 beers last night, maybe you need to check in to Betty Ford."

Jackie-"Patsy, Rob told me that he and Steve tag teamed you last night after you all polished off a bottle of Jack at after hours. Stop being the booze patrol."
