Someone who says they failed every exam or quiz but then ends up getting 100%

I actually did really well on that test! I must have had Trishmorphia.

Example:

Trish: "OMG GUYS I TOTALLY FAILED THAT! I DID NOT KNOW ONE THING ON THE TEST"

2 days later:

Trish: "Guys I got an A!!"
