An altered form of the term "D-Bag" and an abbreviated form of the term "Douche Blog," used to describe a particular blog and it's content as arrogant, rude or obnoxious.

Janet: "Perez Hilton is amazing!"

Susie: "Yeah, but such a fucking D-Blog."
