Rachel syndrome occurs when someone gets the giggles. Rachel is someone with a really weird and/or cute laugh, so if someone has Rachel syndrome, they cannot stop laughing at the most stupid things.

Oh my god, that girl is so obnoxious... she must have Rachel syndrome.
