These words combined are used to refer to smoking pot.

"Yo, let's go to my place and rest and relax."

"i just got a bag. Wanna come rest and relax at my place?"

Person 1- "Hey man. I need to smoke. Can I come over?"
Person 2- "Yeah, come over now and we'll rest and relax."
