Stat Rat

A resident of Staten Island most commonly seen wearing velour sweatsuits and/or black north face jackets. Commonly seen wandering around the Staten Island Mall. It can be difficult to distinguish one Stat Rat from another, as they all have the same hair cut/style.

Go to the Staten Island Mall. I guarantee that you will see PLENTY of examples.
