A fachtrad comes from the russian "ФЧ" аиd "Трад". One means Fuck and the other means stupid or retarded, respectively. You call your friends this if you want to remain clean, but want it to sound enough like what you mean.

Max: Joe, you are such a fachtrad.
Joe: Why?
Max: Because you do not play C.O.D. or ever answer your texts!
