A woman that likes to spend alot of time in bed (rack) with a man. :A woman who's job is in the rack.

you see an attractive woman & say "duty rack" your friends look around & see her. its a way of saying "check her out"
in public without everyone knowing really what your saying.

"I bet she's got duty rack tonight"
