1. To approach and beg from a friend or stranger for money on the internet via e-mail, chat rooms, Facebook or other social networks.

Cyber Panhandler: "Hey bro, rember me? You're looking good these days. I know we weren't good friends in school and I haven't talked to you or seen you in 20+ years, but could you spare like $100? I haven't gotten high in 3 days and I'm just waiting for this job to hire me this week. I'll get you back man. If not, Obama is supposed to be hooking me up real soon." (message sent using Iphone4)
