An extreme loser. One who not only looks the part of a loser but acts the part as well. In reference to the Democratic presidential candidate of 1988 with the outrageous eyebrows and some of the worst political strategy ever.

Kid #1: Dude did you see that guy just fall off the roof?

Kid #2: Haha...yeah what a michael dukakis!
