Originally performed in Cleveland, Wisconsin. When you create a ice cream sundae on the breasts of a female ( or male, whatever floats your boat), and proceed to lick it clean. Usually consists of ice cream, whipped cream, bananas, chocolate and strawberry syrup, and nuts. Not your nuts, peanuts.
Girl: "What're we going to have for dessert sweetie?"
Guy: "I don't know about you, but I'm having a god damn Cleveland Sundae!"
