The person that a butt monkey would follow. Can also be used as a verb.

In the movie, Mean Girls, Regina is the butt master and Gretch and Karen are the butt monkeys. (Think leader and followers)
ex. You need to butt master that seriously... OR... She totally butt mastered him!
