someone who would be your fuck buddy under other circumstances but is off limits for social/political reasons. eg. best friend's boyfriend or girlfriend; co=worker; in-law. Somone you share sexual innuendoes and heat with but no action.

I really like Jay but he's my bosses brother so for now he's only my flirt buddy.
