A fail at an attempt to type "psychotic" in my definition it means a sexual manner of moving your eyebrows in a suggestive way only for Lesbians.

Girl one- Oh she just looked at you with a pyshcotic look.
Girl two- REALLY?! OMG! She likes me ;)
