The feeling of being simultaneously overwhelmed and underwhelmed. It combines the feeling of "meh," which is a term for feeling indifferent or unimpressed, with the feeling of being overwhelmed, to create a new emotion that captures this unique experience.
"I went to this concert last weekend. There was a super large crowd, but the music was not so good. Made me feel mehwhelmed."
