sometimes referred to as "greasers", greasy boys are young men who have a greasy aesthetic (i.e. dreadlocks, unkempt man-buns, typically smell like marijuana and/or incense.)
Often found at climbing gyms, outdoor hiking trails, etc.. They are generally very down to earth and free-spirited.
