Caribbean Origin - Particularly Trinidadian

To interject/make one’s presence known/hang around when one is completely unwanted/uninvited; sometimes bordering on sycophantic.

One who is unwanted but hangs around anyway; kind of like Dane Cook’s “The Friend That Nobody Likes”…but the group in which one “fals” make choose to call the “fal” out or not.
Sheila was trying to look cool but everybody knew she was falin'.
