A male/female who is desperate for love or attention by usually the opposite sex through texting or any form of conversation. A Love Desp will annoy the hell out of any male/female they choose to like.

Desp is the short-cut form of Desperate or Desperation.

Love Desp Girl: HEEY I MISS YOU SO MUCH!
Guy: Hey. Yeah...
Love Desp Girl: SO WE SHOULD HANG OUT LIKE TOMORROW!
Guy: I don't think I can...
