When multiple gatherings occur on roofs connected to and across the street from each other. Most prominent in areas like Bushwick, Brooklyn during the summer.

I hope the neighbors on the 4th floor aren't upset that we're having a roofblock party tonight, I think 4 buildings on Jefferson Street are hosting.
