when one tries to get the last hit of crack out of their crack pipe, and the pipe gets so hot it burns their dirty ass crack head lips leaving behind burns that look like red skittles!!!
John Kelly was so high he didn't realize there was nothing left in his crack pipe and kept lighting it until he gave himself skittle lips.
