When a codebase, pipeline, or workflow has been reshaped — willingly or by force — to fit GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) conventions. Usually involves converting to GitHub Actions, adjusting permissions, wrangling secrets, and rewriting configs in YAML. Often accompanied by both pride and mild despair.
