quiptastic

An individual capable of spuoting off quippy quips at a moments notice, usually found being quippy at local hang-outs and "quipping down" on those not as quiptastically fortunate as themselves.

"oh man, that was a good one!"
"Yea, what can i say, i guess i'm just quiptastic like that."
