team stupid

On a road with two lanes going in the same direction team stupid drives side by side at the same speed, usually slower then the flow of traffic, and won't let anyone pass! Team stupid could also be 3 drivers on a 3 lane road... etc.

Oh look! Team stupid, holding up traffic! I flash my high beams but they won't move!
