When you smell/sniff something really strong or get a small speck of whatever fiber comes off of it and you go into a long, painful attach of coughs and wheezes.

Me: Dude i sniffed this pepper and had a coughgasm!
Guy: Whats that?
Me: Sniff this and u will find out!
