In medicine the word used for fingers on your hand or feet is "dactyl". For example extra fingers on your hands or feet is called polydactyly. Whereas fingers being attached together is called "syndactyly". Keeping this in mind "eudactyly" is the property of having normal fingers. The word "eu" is of Greek origin and means "normal or well" and is used in numerous medical terms, for example "euthyroid" means a normal thyroid gland, versus hyperthyroid which means an overactive gland, or hypothyroid, which is the opposite. So attaching the prefix "eu" with "dactyl" as in eudactyly means normal fingers.
