an infection of the eye, predominantly found in gay men, marked by the tendency to stare at slim, young, generally smooth-skinned men aka twinks.

Q: Did you really hook up with that new freshman homo after the party last night?!

A: Yea. I've had a really bad case of twink eye lately and he was the only cure I could find.
