surovec 

A person who goes around cutting off human nipples for their own personal collection and presumable sick pleasure.

A surovec is like Predator. Predator goes around collecting skulls and a surovec goes around collecting nipples.

Guy 1: "Watch out! I think I just saw a surovec lurking in that alleyway over there"

Guy 2: "Shit, thanks bro! I wouldn't want to have my nipples cut off. That'd suck."
