the vjay crust that is located outside, but yet still close to the butthole, usually the consistancy of corn syrup but sometimes can flake off like instant potatos. some may refer to it as "diss" or "juice". may become easily irratated if one has: razor burn, warts, cuts, geniallia, scratches, or a recent dirty sanchez.
