Chili
A derogatory name for someone (most often a man) who partakes in anime (mostly for perverted reasons) and likes hentai (disgusting). They don't shower and/or wear the same clothes everyday without changing them, giving them their signature "chili" scent. Think your average disgusting neck beard.
