Slang name for the Marine Corps regulation hair cut high and tight. Motivators and staff NCOs usually get high and tights by choice while boots or junior Marines are forced to get it.

Boot #1: Dude you need a hair cut or the senior guys are going to fuck with you
Boot #2: Yeah I'll get my high and gay on sunday.
