An intense version of the word "gagged" indicating being stunned or left speechless.

Person 1: You ate that up!
Person 2: Girlie just bound and gagged!

Interchangeable with "gag", a place where you go to "serve", as in your outfit has more than impressed someone to the point of speechlessness.

Person 1: "Girlie, that outfit is fire!"
Person 2: "For real, I just served 2 tours in Gagistan."
